Chief Administrative Officer Approvals

City Council, under By-law 389-2004, authorized the City's Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to make decisions on their behalf with regards to various administrative matters (parking by-law amendments, noise by-law exemptions, road closures, special events, etc.). In December 2008, By-law 208-2008 consolidated the list of delegated matters to include a number of additional items that had been delegated to the CAO since the original by-law was passed. 

These decisions are made in accordance with the "Delegation of Authority" By-Law.
