Report an unlicensed rental unit

If you believe a dwelling unit in Ward 1 or Ward 2 is rented or advertised for rent without a licence, you can submit a report ("service request") through 311. Service requests can be entered anonymously, but valid contact information is required if you want to receive any follow-up information. All personal information provided, including your contact information, is protected under the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
