Pathway to Potential (P2P) is a poverty-reduction strategy for the Windsor-Essex region. The strategy is jointly funded by the City of Windsor and County of Essex. P2P envisions that “Windsor-Essex County is a thriving community, where residents have access to resources and opportunities to reach their full potential.”

P2P Quality of Life Survey

The P2P Quality of Life survey was open from October to November 2025. The purpose of this survey is to better understand the experiences, needs, and priorities of Windsor-Essex residents that have accessed P2P programming, including the Recreation Assistance Program, Affordable Pass Program, and the Neighbourhoods Program. Resident feedback will help us to better understand how programs are supporting residents and where improvements can be made.

For more information, please visit the P2P Quality of Life Survey page.
