Pathway to Potential (P2P) is a poverty-reduction strategy for the Windsor-Essex region. The strategy is jointly funded by the City of Windsor and County of Essex. P2P envisions that “Windsor-Essex County is a thriving community, where residents have access to resources and opportunities to reach their full potential.”

P2P Neighbourhoods Program Launch Events

Pathway to Potential is proud to support the official launch of the Neighbourhoods Program in three Windsor neighbourhoods this August. These events, led by our dedicated Neighbourhood Leads, mark the beginning of a community-driven approach to building stronger, more connected neighbourhoods. 

United Way Neighbourhood Launch - Downtown Windsor

  • Friday, August 15, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Downtown Windsor Community Collaborative Neighbourhood Launch

  • Tuesday, August 19, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

United Way Neighbourhood Launch - West Windsor

  • Saturday, August 23, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

These free, family-friendly events will feature local activities, opportunities to meet your neighbours, and information on how residents can get involved in shaping their neighbourhood through the Neighbourhoods Program.
