University Avenue and Victoria Avenue Environmental Assessment

The City of Windsor has initiated a study to review the existing roadway elements along the University Avenue and Victoria Street corridors and consider opportunities within the right-of-way to provide a pleasant experience for all roadway users. The study corridors are illustrated on the key plan and include University Avenue West/East between Huron Church Road and McDougall Street and Victoria Avenue from Chatham Street West to Park Street West. The study will consider opportunities to optimize the right-of-way to achieve safe, efficient, comfortable and convenient travel for roadway users of all ages, abilities and modes within the study corridors for a 20-year study horizon.
