The Purchasing Division is responsible for the procurement of all materials, supplies and contracts required by the City and administers all Requests for Tender and Requests for Proposals on the City's behalf. The Purchasing Division is also responsible for administration of the City's Purchasing By-law 93-2012 (see By-laws Online) and for maintaining and managing the City's Vendor Management Program.
