Note: During the COVID-19 pandemic, as a precaution against the spread of coronavirus, lost and found items will be kept in storage. However, you can not retrieve any items at this time. Check back for updates. Thank you for your understanding.
All items found on Transit Windsor vehicles are catalogued and stored for a period of 30 days. The City assumes no responsibility for passengers' belongings, which shall remain at all times the responsibility of passengers.
To find out if we have your article, please call 519-944-4111, extension 2221. If your item has been found, pickup arrangements will be discussed with our customer service department.

Bus route (e.g. Crosstown 2)
Location and direction of travel
Date and time of incident
Bus number, if possible (3 or 4 digit number located inside the bus just above the driver)
Description of the driver
Your name and telephone number
A report is filed based on the information we receive. An operations supervisor will investigate the incident and will call or email you back with the results within five (5) working days of the report date.
