Forgot something on the bus?
Transit Windsor is not responsible for items lost on its vehicles or property. To inquire about a lost item, please call 519-944-4111. If your item has been found, pickup arrangements will be discussed with our customer service department. Found items are stored for 14 days.

You may register a complaint, compliment or suggestion by calling 311, calling Transit Windsor at 519-944-4111 or emailing 311.
The following information is required for follow up:
- Bus route (e.g., Crosstown 2)
- Location and direction of travel
- Date and time of incident
- Bus number, if possible (3-digit or 4-digit number located inside the bus just above the driver)
- Description of the driver
- Your name and telephone number
A report is filed based on the information we receive. An operations supervisor will investigate the incident and will call or email you back with the results within five (5) working days of the report date.
