WERECE Mentoring Program

All participants will learn and grow together. Whether you are a seasoned registered early childhood educator (RECE), recent early childhood educator (ECE) graduate, current ECE student, educational assistant or looking to re-enter the field of child care and early years this program is for you.

Early learning professionals in Windsor-Essex are invited to join the program to connect with other professionals to support their capacity as educators. This year, participants in the Mentorship Program will also have access to the MENTORSHIP HUB - a resource library where early learning professionals can access resources and services to support their practice at no cost.

  • Develop your leadership skills
