The City of Windsor, as the Consolidated Municipal Service Manager, is responsible for planning and managing the delivery of community-based early years programs and services for children from prenatal to 12 years of age within Windsor-Essex funded by the Ministry of Education.

EarlyON Child and Family Centres (CFC) Updates:

Please note the following closures:

  • During March 14 to April 5, 2020, the following centres will be closed:
    • All directly operated centres (Amherstburg, Brock, Dougall, Glengarry, Harrow, Holy Name, Lassaline, Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Princess Elizabeth, Talbot Trail, Lakeshore, MD Bennie, Sacred Heart, St. Pius)
    • All Franco-sol centres (St. Edmond, Georges P Vanier, Pavillon des Jeunes)
    • All Greater Essex County District School Board centres (Begley, West Gate, John Campbell, Roseville, Queen Elizabeth)
    • All Ska:Na centres (Ellrose, Northway)
    • Connections
    • Access (Kingsville)
  • During March 14 to March 21, 2020 the following centres will be closed:
    • All Drouillard Place sites (Drouillard Place, Grandview)
    • All Great Beginnings (Bloomfield, California)
