Sign By-law Study: Integration of Electronic Change Copy into Windsor’s Community

Administration has undertaken a review of the City of Windsor Sign By-law with regards to electronic change copy, more commonly referred to as LED signs. The study included the review of electronic change copy for on-site and off-site signs and integrates new regulations into the current structure of the Sign By-law. We invite your comments on the study. Comments or feedback will be presented as additional information to the report at the Development and Heritage Standing Committee.

Interim Control By-law for Off-Street Parking in Traditional Commercial Streets

​Since Council passed the Interim Control By-law prohibiting new and expanded parking areas within BIAs, Administration has been undertaking a land use study on policies and regulations related to off-street parking areas within BIAs and other traditional commercial streets.
