Roseville Gardens Park

The site of Roseville Gardens Park is between two parcels of land owned by the Windsor Separate School Board, who lease the park site from the City for a nominal fee of $1 per year. Although Roseville Gardens remains a public park, and the City is responsible for maintaining the site, the agreement with the Windsor Separate School Board stipulates the land cannot be used for anything other than a public park. A variety of playground equipment is provided at Roseville Gardens in addition to a walking trail and a baseball diamond on the adjacent schoolboard property.
