How do I apply for Building Permits?

There are 2 ways to apply for a building permit: e-permit or paper application.

E-Permit

The building permit application (Schedule A) is an online form. The first step is to register to access the application.  Once the registration is complete an application can be submitted. Related forms that may apply to an application are located on the website.

Next step is to submit the application.

Paper Application

Visit the Building Division at City Hall, 4th Floor, or call 519-255-6267. An application for a building permit along with other related information will be given to you at this time. Related forms are also available here on the website.
