Lengths/Fit Lanes
This time is designed for participants swimming continuous lengths and a variety of lane speeds will be offered. Please be aware that adult fit lanes may coincide with other aquatic programming. A minimum of 2 lanes will be available during all adult fit lane times. Click here for Fit Lanes schedules at WIATC.
Open Adult Swim
Swimmers can use the pool for leisure activities such as water walking, floating, aqua fitness, or stretching during our open adult swim. Participants are invited to design their own aquatic experience and swimming lengths is not required. Please be aware there are no instructors for these activities. This is a multi-programmed space. Fitness Centre
Memberships include access to our fitness centre, including cardiovascular machines, static bikes, free weights, and much more. Enjoy the fitness centre at WIATC.
