Employment & Training Services is open for business.

The Employment Resource Centre has also re-opened to the public by appointment only.

If you require additional information or an appointment, please call 519-977-6444, ext. 5520 or 5183, or contact us at ets@citywindsor.ca by email, and we will be pleased to set up an in-office or virtual appointment.

Services provided will currently be limited to in-person scheduled appointments for intake applications, in-person signing of required documents and computer usage for employment related purposes.

Note that due to COVID-19, the Employment Resource Centre will be operating with a limited number of individuals allowed into the centre.  Walk-in traffic will be encouraged to call for an appointment and will be provided the contact information.

Please be assured that staff are continuing to work hard to provide excellent service to our clients. If you have any questions or require any information, please contact your caseworker or job developer.

If you are submitting documents, please place documents in the grey drop box located outside of the 400 City Hall Square East building in Windsor.
