As you may be aware, the Government of Ontario is transforming the employment services system. The City of Windsor has qualified for the next stage in the process and is interested in servicing the Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, and Sarnia-Lambton catchment area. The City of Windsor has asked Workforce WindsorEssex to hold a series of community consultations.
We want to hear about your experiences with employment services in your area and your ideas for how they can be improved.
If you would like to participate in a consultation, please see the below link to register online to the session you identify with. Sessions will be held virtually. We ask that if you are interested, please only register for one session. If you are interested but unable to attend a session, you can provide written feedback. Please contact Lindsey Rivait at lrivait@workforcewindsoressex.com for details.

The goal of these consultations is to inform research and create a system that is outcomes-focused, client-centred, and provides a simplified and effective pathway to finding sustainable employment for individuals and employers, based on their needs.

Here is the link to register for the consultation sessions taking place from March 25 to April 20: https://www.workforcewindsoressex.com/help-improve-employment-supports/
