School Camp Program at the Chimczuk Museum

Museum Windsor plays a key role in many events, projects, initiatives and celebrations in Windsor's culture and heritage community. We actively engage in finding unique ways to help the community tell its stories. 

Museum Volunteer Group Meeting

Join the Museum Volunteer Group at 1 p.m. for our monthly speaker series. This month, streetcar historian Bernie Drouillard will be talking about the restoration and history of Streetcar No. 351. This event is open to the public. Free admission.

François Baby House Sunday Hours

Enjoy free admission to the Chimczuk Museum and Art Windsor-Essex in honour of Orange Shirt Day. This is the last opportunity to explore the Witness Blanket exhibition travelling from the Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg before it closes to the public on October 1, 2025. The Witness Blanket is a powerful art installation created by master carver Carey Newman to recognize the atrocities of the residential school era, honour the children, and symbolize ongoing reconciliation.

Animal Lego friends are visiting the François Baby House. Can you find them and the artifacts they are discovering? Small prize for those adventurers who finish the hunt! Free event, open to the public.
