"At the Manor” is a series of unique events and initiatives that take place within Willistead Manor. Over the years, the program has included yoga classes, theatre and opera performances, literary events, tours, brunches, dinners and more. Space is limited for these unforgettable events in our City of Windsor culture and heritage gem. Please explore the list below to see what's in store for you this year. Art in the Park 2024

Saturday, June 1, and Sunday, June 2, 2024

July Summer Tours 2024

Wednesdays, July 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Sundays, July 7, 14 and 21, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Prices: $6.50 for adults, $5.50 for students and seniors, $3.00 for children ages 12 years old and under.

Begin your summer tour of Willistead Manor at the Coach House, where you can purchase your tour tickets the day of your tour, and explore the Coach House Historical Exhibition on-site. This exhibition tells the story of Hiram Walker, the Walker family and legacy, the formation of Walkerville, Edward and Mary Walker, the construction of Willistead Manor, and more. After exploring the exhibition, head across the parking lot to Willistead Manor for a tour of the grand estate. Members of the Friends of Willistead will be stationed throughout the building to answers questions from guests and provide some context and historical interpretation. Please also visit the Billiard Room to see a selection of Willitsead Manor keepsakes available for purchase from the Friends of Willistead.

4th Annual High Tea & Garden Party 2024

Sunday, July 28, 2024

Updated Timing: Three seatings offered at 10 a.m., 1 p.m., and 4 p.m.

Experience includes a not-to-be-missed Tea Bar featuring hot and cold teas, a delicious menu of sandwiches, crumpets, scones and pastries, and a self-guided tour of the Paul Martin Gardens. Guests are encouraged to wear their fanciest "high tea hat" for a chance to win a prize. When available, tickets will be sold at ThymeToGo.ca.

4th Annual Harvest Dinner 2024

Thursday, October 10, 2024

One seating at 5 p.m.

Experience includes a not-to-be-missed farm-to-table epic roast featuring three delicious cuts of meat, rustic vegetables, seasonal side dishes, whisky tastings, and entertainment. When available, tickets will be sold at ThymeToGo.ca.

Poetry at the Manor - Vol. 12 2024

Co-hosted by Windsor's Poet Laureate Emeritus Marty Gervais, and Poet Laureate Peter Hrastovec. Guest poets laureate will be announced later in 2024.

Annual Holiday Tours 2024

Sundays, December 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, 2024, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Wednesdays, December 4, 11 and 18, 2024, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Experience includes tours of Willistead Manor all decked out in its holiday finest, tours of the new Coach House Historical Exhibition, and access to the Friends of Willistead's holiday display. Prices: $6.50 for adults, $5.50 for students and seniors, $3.00 for children ages 12 years old and under.

Breakfast With Santa 2024

Sundays, December 1, 8, 15 and 22, 2024

One seating at 10 a.m.

Experience includes breakfast buffet, Santa visit and photo op, and a self-guided mini-tour of Willistead Manor. Ticket price will include the buffet, Santa visit, and mini-tour. Keepsake photos with Santa to take away will cost extra on-site.

Yoga at the Manor - Not currently scheduled

Yoga at the Manor has no classes currently scheduled. However, when available, our classes are offered in the spring, fall and winter. We also offer a short, four-class session in the summer.

Yoga at the Manor. In this all-levels Yoga class, you will learn the discipline of relaxation and meditation. Concentrate on breathing and yoga positions, and improve your flexibility and agility.

Gentle Yoga/Healthy Backs at the Manor. The hardest part of yoga practice can be quieting the mind to listen to the body. Relax deeply; let go of unhealthy performance-based habits which contribute to imbalance and injury. This restorative approach to yoga builds healthier backs and helps improve concentration.

Both Yoga offerings at Willistead Manor take place inside the main manor house. Depending on the weather, some classes may take place in the beautiful Paul Martin Gardens just outside the building. This is a unique opportunity to be active and healthy in the unforgettable setting of Willistead Manor.
