Schwartz Report

Eddie Francis, Mayor of Windsor, and City Council members were delighted to be on hand for the public presentation of Mr. Sam Schwartz's report on the Windsor Gateway. Mr. Schwartz presented his report Friday January 21, 2005 to a large public gathering at the Chrysler Theatre in the Cleary International Centre.
