What's New:

2023 Final Property Tax Bills have been mailed

  • If you have not received your bill by July 7, 2023 , please call 311 or contact propertytax@citywindsor.ca by email.
  • Due dates for regular tax payments are July 19, September 13 and November 15, 2023.
  • The City also offers three convenient pre-authorized payment plans (PAP). Due dates for each of the PAP plans are as follows: 
    • Installment Date Plan: July 19, September 13 and November 15, 2023
    • Mid-Month Plan: July 17, August 15, September 15, October 16 and November 15, 2023
    • End-of-Month Plan: July 31, August 31, September 29, October 31 and November 30, 2023

    • Please use the 15-digit roll number as the account number (this can be found on the Property Tax Bill or Statement of Account).
    • If you do not have documentation stating the roll number please call 311.
    • Please contact your financial institution for further details with respect to telephone or online banking.
  • Pay with your mortgage: Please contact the company that holds your mortgage for details.
  • 350 City Hall Square West drop-off box – 1st floor (cheques only).
