Broker - per vehicle dispatched (new/renewal): $60.00

Applicant Requirements:

• Taxicab Broker-Application
• Business Ownership Declaration
• Proof that applicant is not less than 18 years of age.
• If a corporation, copies of articles of incorporation and Annual Return, which contains list of all shareholders of the corporation.
• If a partnership, list of identification and addresses of each member of the partnership
• Proof that business premises are within geographical boundaries of the City of Windsor.
• Proof that applicant has system for receiving orders and dispatching taxicabs
• List of taxicab plate numbers - renewal only
