Applicant Requirements:

• Application - Special Sale
• Business Ownership Declaration
• (2) pieces of government-issued identification including one photo I.D. as well as one I.D. demonstrating proof of status in Canada (e.g. birth certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian citizenship card, permanent resident card, work permit, etc.)
• Certificate of Incorporation, if applicable
• Master Business Licence, if applicable
• Itemized list of inventory including the cost price to the owner and the approximate retail value
• Copy of any proposed advertising

Note: Licence is valid for 30 days and may be renewed for a maximum of 3 additional 30-day periods.
