Business Licensing By-law 395-2004, Schedule P3 (see By-laws Online)
Applicant Requirements:
- (2) pieces of government-issued identification including one photo I.D. as well as one I.D. demonstrating proof of status in Canada (e.g. birth certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian citizenship card, permanent resident card, work permit, etc.)
- Certificate of Incorporation, if applicable
- Master Business Licence, if applicable
- Police Records Check (new applicants only - original document issued in the municipality that the applicant resides in and not more than 30 days old)
- Two (2) sets of Floor Plans (new applicants only)
- Electrical approval, dated within 365 days of application
- Board of Health Inspection Certificate - Visit www.wechealthunit.org.
