Applicant Requirements:
- Application for Automobile Service Station
- Business Ownership Declaration
- (2) pieces of government-issued identification including one photo I.D. as well as one I.D. demonstrating proof of status in Canada (e.g. birth certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian citizenship card, permanent resident card, work permit, etc.)
- Certificate of Incorporation, if applicable
- Master Business Licence, if applicable
- Police Records Check (new repairs applications only - original document, issued in the municipality that you reside in and not more than 30 days old)
- Certificate or Licence from Technical Standards and Safety Authority (T.S.S.A.) where liquid fuels are sold
