Registering a Complaint
To register a complaint:
- Call 311
- Fax (519) 255-6588
Note: All information pertaining to the complainant is strictly confidential as outlined in the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
When a complaint is made:
- Once a complaint is received and entered into the database, it is assigned to a By-law Enforcement Officer for investigation.
- The By-law Enforcement Officer will contact the complainant to provide a contact name and number and also advise them when the investigation will start.
- Compliance is gained through education before leading to enforcement.
