Windsor Public Library

Adult Literacy

A community-based volunteer organization that provides a variety of services to enable adults to achieve personal goals through literacy. We also assist learners to utilize the public library as a resource for lifelong learning.

Deaf Literacy

Supports Deaf and hard of hearing adults (18 years and older) who want to improve their American Sign Language (ASL), reading, writing, and numeracy skills to achieve goals of employment, further education and training, or independence. Our program is learner-centred, goal-based and transition-oriented.

Book Buddy

One-on-one reading with supportive volunteers designed to assist and encourage children to become great readers by motivating and providing a positive reading experience.
