Festivals and Events

Windsor’s diverse lineup of festivals includes some of the top events in the province, as rated by Festivals and Events Ontario. A few highlights include:

  • Art in the Park is one of Ontario's largest outdoor arts and crafts shows, held the first weekend of June each year.
  • Carousel of the Nations was named 2nd favourite festival in Ontario and 5th in Canada by West Jet Airlines.
  • Ford Fireworks Presented by Target celebrates Canada Day and Independence Day on the Detroit River.
  • Tour Di Via Italia is a popular tour featuring amateur and professional cyclists racing through the streets of Windsor's own "Little Italy."
  • Dropped on Drouillard is an all-day, open street and culture festival in the heart of Ford City.
  • Bright Lights Windsor lights up Jackson Park in Windsor each holiday season with thousands of lights and stunning displays.
