Fare Structure and Strategy Review

The Fare Structure and Strategy Review report is the capstone of the Transit Windsor Fare Structure study. It provides clear recommendations that stem from a review of current policy, a best-practices review of peer agencies, and an impact assessment of three decision packages made up of selected policy modifications. The implementation plan takes the recommendations set out in the Fare Structure and Strategy Review and identifies a process to achieve them.
