Route 1000
As part of the 2026 budget deliberations, City Council approved the reinstatement of Route 1000, beginning Monday, February 9, 2026, and ending Friday, December 18, 2026. Please note that this route will operate only during the school term, not during the summer. Route 1000 Massey and Holy Names will run concurrently with the permanent bus schedules serving Zone 1 (Devonshire Heights Neighbourhood) and part of Zone 2 (Walker Gates Neighbourhood). Students can choose between the temporary bus route and the regular transit bus routes. We encourage students to utilize both services to familiarize themselves with the new routes and ensure a seamless transition in January 2027.
