Pathway to Potential (P2P) 90% Recreation Discounts

The P2P Recreation Discount is available for eligible families toward many programs in the city of Windsor and municipalities across Essex County.

Who is eligible? 

  • Children up to 17 years of age whose parents are eligible for P2P

Children up to 17 years of age whose parents are eligible for Pathway to Potential may obtain a special rate of 10% of the program fee for one program per child per session based on available funding. (Memberships and some programs do not apply.)

Programs in the city of Windsor include Brokerage (third-party partners), City of Windsor Parks & Recreation programs, and Windsor Aquatics.

For Pathway to Potential recreation inquiries, clients can email p2pprogram@citywindsor.ca or call 519-255-1161 to speak with a Central Booking Team member.
