2026 Seasonal Dockage Rates (including HST)
The Lakeview Park Marina currently has a waitlist. Please email the marina office at lakeview@citywindsor.ca or call (519)-948-3383 for a waitlist application.
All slip users require the following items to secure an available slip:
- $2 million insurance
- Proof of vessel insurance
- Full payment of slip

Lakeview Park Marina is now cashless. All purchases (fuel, docking, retail) must be made by:

- Pricing includes water, hydro and HST.
- Rates are based on the size of the boat or the size of the dock, whichever is greater at the time of assignment. Docks are assigned based on the practice of "best fit" (boat to dock size).
- Reservations for a transient dock are highly recommended. Please email the marina office at lakeview@citywindsor.ca or call 519-948-3383 for availability and reservations.

Seasonal Boaters Personal Insurance Requirements
- Proof of Legal Name — all documents must show your full legal name.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) must include the following:
- $2,000,000 per occurrence marine liability insurance
- Cross liability coverage
- 30-day notice of cancellation
- Additional insured wording:

If your policy expires before the end of the season (permits are valid until the end of October), you will be required to provide a renewed certificate of insurance (COI) to ensure coverage remains active for the full duration of the permit.
Business Insurance Requirements
- Proof of Legal Name
- The legal business name must match the name shown on the certificate of insurance.
- Articles of Incorporation or another legal document confirming the company's legal name must be submitted with the permit.
- For sole proprietors, a business licence or equivalent document showing both the owner's legal name and "operating as" (o/a) name (for example, John Smith o/a ABC Marine) must be provided.
- Certificate of insurance must include the following:
