Presentation of reports to City Council or the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), as required, recommending the sale of lots in the Kinsmen Norman Road Park Development will occur in accordance with published Council meeting dates.
In order to allow for preparation of reports, offers must be received by Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. Once this deadline has passed, the Manager of Real Estate Services will review offers for recommendation to Council and/or the CAO.
Any offers received after Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. will not be considered in this initial review of offers, and a new deadline will be posted thereafter should any lots remain unsold.
