The City of Windsor’s Employment and Training Services (ETS) can offer something to every job seeker. We can help you with: 

  • Directing and focusing your job search
  • Assessing your skills to focus on the ones that employers are looking for
  • Building an effective resume 
  • Identifying ways to improve your job search 
  • Connecting you with employers 

ETS will identify and work with you on strengthening your:

  • Career goals 
  • Resume
  • Interview skills
  • Job search strategies 

You will work one on one with skilled employment counselors who will give you the attention you need to help you find the right job. We can help you access new contacts, understand the hidden job market and make you available

Assisted Services
These services are available if you’re unemployed or underemployed, and they will give you the chance to work directly with representatives from ETS to find the right job and improve your job search, interview skills, resume and more.
