Bingo Lottery Licensing

Bingo permits may be issued for lottery events at:

• All Star Gaming Centre – 1385 Walker Road, Windsor, Ontario
• Breakaway Gaming Centre – 655 Crawford Avenue, Windsor, Ontario
• Paradise Gaming Centre – 2340 Dougall Avenue, Windsor, Ontario

Currently there is a waiting list for eligible organization to be permitted for bingo lottery events. Please complete and submit the Bingo Waiting List form if your organization is interested in being placed on the waiting list. Please do not submit any other documents at this time.

Following a bingo lottery event, your organization must file a Monthly Report to Municipality within 30 days of the previous month end. This can be done by mail, in person or online. If the organization decides to file their reports online, an Attestation Report form with two original signatures must be submitted. Once our office receives the completed form, we can then proceed with sending the organization instructions on how to set up their group's user account for submitting bingo reports online.

A Monthly Report to Municipality must be submitted with the following:

• Lottery trust account bank statement
• Copies of cheques and invoices for expenses and use of lottery proceeds
• Automatic funds transfer (AFT) report issued by the bingo hall
