Information Technology (IT)

The Information Technology Department is the enterprise technology services department for The Corporation of the City of Windsor, supporting the delivery of trusted municipal services through secure and reliable technology. Information Technology delivers its work through three core areas: a Project Management Office that helps plan and deliver major technology projects; a Service Management Office that operates and supports City applications, websites, infrastructure, and staff technology support; and a Cybersecurity and Risk team that works to protect City systems and information. Together, these services support modern, efficient, and accountable City operations.
