- Deadline for Submission: September 15, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. (Note: the application period is now closed.)
- Winning project announcement: September 29, 2023
- Final artwork completion: November 20, 2023
- Unveiling ceremony: Friday, December 8, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Windsor International Aquatic & Training Centre, 401 Pitt Street West
