Ditch and Drain Maintenance
- The City of Windsor maintains approximately 239 kilometres (149 miles) of roadside ditches and 121 kilometres (76 miles) of municipal drains.
- Public Works maintains municipal drains and roadside ditches to support drainage and water flow. Maintenance activities are carried out as needed to address drainage and operational concerns.
- The City of Windsor Parks Department addresses sightline concerns related to municipal drains and roadside ditches at intersections to help maintain visibility and public safety.
