The City of Windsor offers a wide range of inclusive and engaging community programs designed for residents of all ages, interests, and abilities. From recreation classes and fitness programs to seasonal activities, drop-in opportunities, and special events, our programs support active living, personal growth, and community connection. Upcoming Registration Dates 

Registration for the Spring 2026 Session is available through www.ActiveWindsor.ca and through the Centralized Registration and Booking Centre at 519-255-1161.

Programs will be available online for viewing one (1) week prior to the corresponding registration date.

Day Camps

Summer Day Camp

2026 Summer Day Camp registration starts soon! Keep an eye on this page for updates on camp calendars. 

  • Resident Registration — Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.
  • Non-Resident Registration — Friday, May 8, 2026, at 12:00 p.m.

Kids' Night In, Parents' Night Off

Registration is now open for the Kids' Night In, Parents' Night Off program at the Gino and Liz Marcus Community Complex. Free up your evening and leave the kids with us! Participants will enjoy a themed night of sports, crafts and games. Registration is required; spaces are limited. Light snack is included.

    • Located at 681 McEwan Street - Holy Name of Mary Church - during facility renovations
  • Capri Pizzeria Recreation Complex (CPRC) - 519-966-6065 - 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (offers French programming) 
    • Before School Program Offered at CPRC - 7:15 a.m. to 9:15 a.m.
  • Forest Glade Community Centre (FGCC) - 519-735-3536 - 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 
  • Gino and Liz Marcus Community Complex (GLM) - 519-253-7028 - 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
  • Optimist Community Centre (OPT) - 519-253-5592 - 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 
  • Windsor Water World (Thompson Tower) (WWW) - 519-255-1161 - 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

Limited spots available at all locations.

Limited free spots are available for those with approved eligibility through the Recreation Access Program at AKH, CPRC, FGCC, GLM and WWW. Submit your most current child tax benefit form to P2Pprogram@citywindsor.ca to determine if you are eligible for a free spot.
