The applicant is requesting an amendment to Zoning By-law 8600 to demolish the existing buildings and construct two Semi-detached Dwellings and four Townhome Dwellings having a maximum building height of 9.0 metres and a total of 16 dwelling units (4 Semi-Detached Dwelling Units and 12 Townhome Dwelling Units). Each dwelling unit will have an attached garage and a driveway. The Applicant is requesting an amendment to Zoning By-law 8600 changing the zoning from ID1.1 to Residential District 2.2 (RD2.2) and adding a Zoning Exception to allow the development as proposed.
