Festival Plaza

Converting a former parking lot located north of Riverside Drive, east of Piazza Udine and west of Glengarry Avenue has provided the City of Windsor with a festival and special event space. The Civic Terrace was first used in 1999 for a series of outdoor festivals. It originally included coloured asphalt, decorative landscaping, electrical hook-ups and a covered stage.
