The Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) is responsible for the delivery of 4,708 housing units in the City of Windsor and County of Essex. The portfolio includes high-rise apartments, low-rise apartments, townhomes, row housing and detached houses.

Windsor Essex Community Housing Corporation (CHC) operates three distinct housing programs:

• Affordable rental housing for low-income seniors (market rent)
• Non-profit housing for families, singles and persons with disabilities (market rent or subsidized)
• Rent-Geared-To-Income housing for persons in need in Windsor and Essex County (subsidized)
