Minimum Qualifications (non negotiable):

  • 2-3 years in 3-dimensional measurement, static or mobile

  • Polyworks Inspector experience ideal

  • Experience with use of articulating arms

  • Experience with laser trackers preferred

  • Systematic problem solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

  • Be capable of handling the physical requirements of this position including lifting and transferring measurement devices in their designated equipment cases, prolonged physical manipulation of the various measurement devices and frequent bending, reaching and climbing to measure features of various sizes and configurations

  • Valid driver’s license & insurance

Job Description:

  • Acquire 3-dimensional data using articulating arms, laser trackers and scanners

  • Conduct part and fixture certifications, CAD to part analysis, repeatability studies, leveling and alignment projects and other measurement activities

  • Prepare detailed visual reports for presentation

  • Communicate in a clear and professional manner

  • Trouble shoot & problem solve on a daily basis

  • Maintain equipment and tooling

  • Project management

  • Cultivate relationships

  • Identify client pain points

  • Professional development
