Installation Technician

• Able to perform installations for access control,intrusion alarms and other security related systems 

• Must possess strong computer skills, with the ability to install and program software as needed

• Must always work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, loss of unused material, and clean up installation debris

• Will need to be well versed at reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics, and operation/product manuals

• Will have to maintain communication with customers and service dispatchers to resolve customer issues. Daily communication with your Manager on delays, requirements, and the general status of jobs

• The ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities without supervision is a requirement of this position

• Should be comfortable with performing some self-training to complete quality installations

• Will always be required to complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and legible manner

• Must have a clean driving record and a clean Police Background Check 

• Must have reliable transportation

​• Installation experience (preferred)

• Trouble shooting experience (preferred)

• Computer networking skills (preferred)

• Technical schooling (preferred)

1 year alarm technician experience (preferred)

• ​Installing and servicing our residential and commercial security systems.

• Set up, program and install a variety of security solutions, including alarm systems, smart home automation systems, video surveillance and access control systems.

• Serve as a brand ambassador by providing answers and information about our products and services to current, and prospective customers.
