Experienced Waterproofing and Foundation Repair Technician

What is required to join our team as a Waterproofing Specialist
• A proven track record of reliability, honesty and hard work
• You will have a minimum of (2) years of Waterproof experience
• You will have experience leading and or working with other technicians and communicating with customers.
• You will install our products and services with the support of the rest of the team
• Demonstrate a positive attitude.
• You will have experience in providing exceptional customer experience
· You will be a team player willing to do whatever it takes to win for your installation team
· You listen well and follow instructions closely
· You believe the highest form of praise is a customer who is so happy with the work you have done so that they want to tell their neighbors and friends
· You will grind it out every day knowing that hard work is rewarded
· You are able to work in a physically demanding job - lifting and carrying more than 50lb - on a regular basis.
· You have a valid and clean drivers license/record
· Able to work in confined spaces like crawl spaces/attics.
· Able to work in the field and share in the On-Call after hours rotation

NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES (KSAs) and TALENTS:
• Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
• Skill in operating equipment and/or power tools is a must.
• Have exceptional written and spoken communication skills

PHYSICAL DIMENSIONS for Lifting, Carrying, Pushing, Pulling:
Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force,  frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly or to move objects.

​Experience Required: Only applicants who have waterproofing or foundation experience will be considered and responded to. Training related to Supreme Basement Solutions' superior products and installation techniques will be provided - but previous leadership and foundation experience will be required.

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
