Minimum Qualifications (non negotiable):

​- Ability to read drawings, specifications & engineering information with minimum supervision.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to determine the specifications of the parts being made.
- Verifying dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
- Overhead crane & forklift experience 
- Basic computer skills

Preferred but negotiable:

- ​Maintaining inspection records and complete inspection reports
- Must understand manual G code programming.
- Preferred knowledge in Heidenhain, Fanuc, Fidia controls
- Preferred knowledge in SMIRT,NX,TEBIS software’s
- Calculating measurements, dimensions, and tolerances with no discrepancies
- Verifying measurements and tolerances against specifications
- 5-axis machining experience
- FCS clamping and tables for setup and fixturing.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Quick learner 

Job Description:

- Shift work (days and afternoons)
- Experience in 2D/3D machining (3-AXIS)
- Excellent knowledge of tooling • Setting up and operating Computer numerical control (CNC) machines
- Setting up and adjusting production machineries/tools
- Able to stand for extended periods, work within a fast-paced environment.
- Keeping the work environment safe
