Third Phase of Adjustments for Bright Lights Windsor Begins

As preparations and equipment installations for Bright Lights Windsor continue, the following additional adjustments will start on October 31, 2025 at Jackson Park:

• Additions to the perimeter fencing are being installed enclosing the Queen Elizabeth II Sunken Gardens area as well as the pergola and public washrooms. 
• Access to the park from the gates at the intersection of Ouellette Avenue and Tecumseh Road will also be closed.
• The west side of the pathway that runs by the replica warplanes monument will be blocked off.
• To access the park for Remembrance Day activities, please use Memorial Drive off McDougall Street.

Note: These are in addition to the first and second phases of adjustments that began earlier this month.
