Windsor Essex County Court Service Area

The Windsor/Essex Provincial Offences division provides for the prosecutorial and court administrative functions for all Provincial Offences (POA) matters on behalf of Windsor and Essex County, which includes the enforcement, collection and distribution of fine revenues. In addition to the City of Windsor, the following surrounding Towns and Municipalities are included in this service area agreement:
