Summer Student Lottery Program Update - COVID-19
As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to develop, we are closely monitoring the situation and how it affects our summer student lottery program for 2020. It is likely there will be delays to the student start dates, and it is possible that students may not work this summer if layoffs continue for City of Windsor employees.
We hope you will continue to ready yourself for work, as you may be asked to report to work on short notice. Keep in mind, you may be eligible for financial assistance of up to $250 to pay for such items as safety boots/shoes, uniforms, police clearances, etc. Call 519-977-6444 ext. 5520 or email@example.com to see if you qualify.
We will continue to communicate any news as it becomes available. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these challenging times.
