There are four payment options available for Provincial Offences (POA):

Option #1 - Pay in Person

Payments accepted in person include Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard or Personal Cheques (made payable to the "City of Windsor"). Please note that personal cheques must be certified in the following situations:

  • If your driver's licence has been suspended due to non-payment of any fine or
  • If replacement payment is being made for any previously dishonoured or non-sufficient funds (NSF) personal cheques

Option #2 - Pay Tickets Online

You can pay at paytickets.ca online. Click on the pay tickets logo to be re-directed to the website. Monthly payments must be paid over the phone or in person.

Mail
Option #3 - Pay by Mail

Do not send cash in the mail. Payments can be made via personal cheques, bank drafts or money orders made payable to the "City of Windsor," but note that personal cheques must be certified in the following situations:

  • If your driver's licence has been suspended due to non-payment of any fine or
  • If replacement payment is being made for any previously dishonoured or NSF personal cheques
Alternatively, you can send in your payment via credit by completing the payment notice form provided with your offence notice.

Option #4 - Telephone Credit Card Payments

Note: Credit card payments will only be accepted for offences charged in Windsor/Essex County (Court #0860)
