Windsor SEEN a municipal urban design agenda for the Windsor community

Have you had a look at Windsor SEEN? On March 29, 2004 Windsor City Council adopted this document as the Municipal Urban Design Agenda for the Windsor community. The ideas and projects included in the plan are intended to ensure that Windsor is a competitive location: attractive to live in, move to, invest in, or visit. The Urban Design & Community Development section of the Planning Department has commenced work on 35 short and long term activities to implement Windsor SEEN.
