Budget Deliberations Achieve a Tax Decrease
After extremely challenging operating budget deliberations, City Council
was able to achieve a tax levy decrease in the range of $26 for the average
residential homeowner versus the rate in 2009. A future meeting to finalize

Earth Hour 2010
Earth Hour, an international "lights out" event is being observed on
Saturday March 27, 2010 from 8:30-9:30pm. Earth Hour is a collective
demonstration with individual actions to raise awareness about climate
